Dent removal is a common restoration service we offer. Some of our dent removal is a few dents in the base or cups, a bowl or vase etc. We also see pieces that need parts of items that require complete disassembly to restore even fabrication of parts that are too damaged to restore.

I am asked often if the item is worth restoring. The answer is one of two replies. Either it has value of the amount greater than the restoration, or it comes down to the sentimental value. Only the customer knows the sentimental value.

Sterling rattle the dog chewed on and baby brush. We disassembled the rattle, removed the dents and Soldered the rattle together. Final polish for luster.

Set of three sterling column candlesticks. Pitch fill is evacuated, the dents removed from the sticks. A complex solder is completed and the final pitch fill and polishing complete the restoration.
